Expert on implementation of the employment Acceder Programme. 10 years of experience working in different levels, areas and local realities with the Acceder methodology, including the training of FSG staff. Participated in the development of the first phase of the innovation pilot programme Empleando Digital (2017-2019), which includes the design of the last updates of the Acceder methodology and enhancing the digital knowledge and skills of the people at risk of exclusion that take part in our employment programmes. Currently participating in the transference of the Acceder Programme to other European contexts.
