I'm an experienced civil servant in the management and development of public policies, particularly in the fields of training and social protection. Currently head of the “Compte Personnel de Formation” (CPF) unit at the Délégation générale à l'Emploi et à la Formation professionnelle (Ministry of Labor), I oversee the strategic development of this tool, in line with its legal evolutions and performance indicators.
Previously, I held several key positions at the Social Security Department. As a project manager, I worked on the collection of contributions from self-employed workers, administrative simplification and the adaptation of systems to economic and social challenges. I also designed structural reforms for individual childcare.
