The programme includes information about the sessions, speakers, and some extra details to give you an idea of what each session is about.

During the event, a ‘Live Session' page will show  any ongoing sessions, making it the most direct way to access to a live session. On this page, you will be able to see the livestream, access the sessions’ interactive tools and find additional information about the session.

All sessions will be made available on this platform within two days of the event. Simply go to the Programme page and click on the ‘watch replay’ button located next to the session you want to watch

Get in contact with the other participants via the Networking Centre of this platform that will be made accessible two weeks before the event.

From there, you will be able to check out the profile of every participant and to send them meeting request to have a deeper conversation with the person.

We are thrilled to announce that our upcoming European Employment & Social Rights Forum will be providing interpretation services to ensure everyone can participate and engage fully. As part of our commitment to accessibility and inclusivity, we aim to create an inclusive environment where all attendees can fully enjoy the event.

Interpretation will be available in English, French and German, making it easier for diverse attendees to fully grasp the content and interact with others effectively. A user-friendly device will be handled to all attendees to select the preferred language. Furthermore, sign language interpretation will be provided for individuals with hearing impairments by skilled language interpreters, ensuring all participants have equal access to all discussions and presentations. During presentations and speeches, our velotypists will ensure real-time translations, allowing non-native speakers to follow along seamlessly via subtitles displayed on-screen.
