Vasile Tofan is Senior Partner and a member of the Investment Committee at Horizon Capital, one of the leading private equity firms in Emerging Europe with over .5 billion in assets under management. He joined Horizon Capital in August 2012, following a career in both management consulting as well as industry. At Horizon Capital, Mr. Tofan continues to build on his experience in the consumer goods and technology sectors, playing an active role in firm’s investments in tech.  Mr Tofan received an MBA, with distinction, from Harvard Business School and holds an Masters and Bachelors in Public Management from the Netherlands’ Erasmus University Rotterdam.
